UFC adds three undercard bouts to August card in Denver

Ultimate Fighter 14 runner-up Dennis Bermudez will seek a second-straight UFC victory when he steps inside the Octagon to meet Thomas Hayden at UFC 150.

Bermudez defeated Pablo Garza in his most recent fight following a submission loss to Diego Brandao in the final fight of their weight-class of TUF 14. Meanwhile, Hayden was defeated by Fabricio Camoes in his UFC debut earlier this year.

Along with Bermudez-Hayden, Nik Lentz-Eiji Mitsuoka and Jared Hamman-Michael Kuiper were officially announced by the UFC.

Lentz is set to debut at featherweight after back-to-back losses at lightweight, while Mitsuoka was also topped in his UFC unveiling this past February by Takanori Gomi.

Hamman has alternated wins and losses in his last few fights including a knockout loss by Costa Philippou, while Kuiper was stopped by Rafael Natal in his Octagon debut.

The show is set for August 11 from Denver’s Pepsi Center with Frankie Edgar‘s attempt at winning back Benson Henderson‘s lightweight title is currently scheduled as the main event.
