Invicta FC 2 set to stream free for fans this Saturday night

Budding MMA promotion Invicta FC is poised to deliver its sophomore effort this weekend and, to the delight of many, it appears fans will be able to watch things unfold for free through the organization’s website.

The Invicta FC 2 card is headlined by unbeaten Olympic wrestler Sara McMann (5-0) taking on crafty submission specialist Shayna Baszler (14-6). Other match-ups scheduled for the all-female show include Alexis Davis-Hitomi Akano and Liz Carmouche-Kaitlin Young.

“We are excited about delivering a stacked women’s fight card to a global audience for the second time in a three month span,” said Invicta FC head Shannon Knapp. “The live stream is an excellent way of supporting Invicta FC’s mission of providing women mixed martial artists with a major platform to showcase their skills on and to support the growth of women’s MMA far and wide.”

The company’s statement also confirmed play-by-play duties would once again be handled by Julie Kedzie, Muhammed Lawal, and Mauro Ranallo.

Things start up Saturday night at 7:00 PM EST with a total of fourteen fights scheduled to take place. Other notable competitors who will take to the cage include Amanda Nunes, Julia Budd, Carla Esparza, Sarah D’Alelio, and Ayaka Hamasaki.
